November 07, 2008 —Signature Management Corporation, a regional property management and investment firm based in Virginia Beach has organized a food and clothing drive for the needy this holiday season.

Residents and staff members of Signature's Arboretum Place, Archer's green, and Silver Hill at Great Neck have collected food, clothing, and money for various charities on the Peninsula and Southside. Senior Property Manager Kathy Scott says, "The response has been overwhelming. Despite what we hear about selfishness, everyone has been extraordinarily generous. The excitement is gratifying."

Signature also feeds hundreds of people Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner at other communities. Says Scott, "What better way to build a sense of community and celebrate the holiday season than to help those who are less fortunate than we."
