August 01, 2008 —For the second year in a row Signature Management Properties captured the "Award of Excellence" from the Peninsula Apartment Council.

The awards, given to Signature Place in Hampton, and Monticello at Powhatan in Williamsburg, are based on independent judging of the cleanliness, up-keep, and curb appeal of the apartment communities. Signature Place has won the award for five consecutive years. Signature Management of Virginia Beach, VA owns and operates both communities.
