Archers Green (Norfolk):

 

The Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council has awarded Archer’s Green the “2009 Renaissance Award for Excellence for Apartment Properties developed before 1960.” This award is especially gratifying because it comes 18 years after its renovation won it the “Governor’s Housing Achievement Award”, and recognizes Signature’s strategy of long-term value creation.
