Signature Managment Hosts Two Day Leadership Conference

"In this ever-changing society, the most powerful and enduring brands are built from the heart. They are real and sustainable. Their foundations are stronger because they are built with the strength of the human spirit, not an ad campaign. The companies that are lasting are those that are authentic."
-Howard Schultz, CEO, Starbucks

Signature Management Corporation recently hosted a two-day Leadership Conference as part of our commitment to a culture of powerful leadership and enduring growth.

During our conference, our company leaders observed speaker Bill Nye share his approach to company culture, and participated in a variety of team-building exercises and activities, including The Amazing Race. We shared dinner together on The Flipper, a tour boat that leaves out of Virginia Beach's Rudee Inlet, and breakfast together at Norfolk's local favorite, D'Egg Diner.

At Signature Management, we recognize that our company is only as strong as its people, and the more we invest in our employees at every level, the more we continue to grow. Our nearly 60 years in real estate and property management have taught us to care as much about delivering best in class products and services to our residents, as we do about offering our employees a clear path to powerful leadership.

We want to share our sincere gratitude to everyone who helped to make this conference a success, including and especially the managers and supervisors who bring their whole heart to the table every day for thousands of residents, across the region. When we think about the future of our company and the culture of leadership that we strive to continually evolve, we know that the more we invest in our people and lead from the heart, the farther we will go.
