2019: Year in Review

As the year comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on the work we’ve done, goals we’ve achieved and relationships we’ve built along the way. 2019 was an especially exciting year for our company, as we broke ground on one of our most inspiring and innovative communities yet, the Pearl at Marina Shores.

While we were launching this brand new, luxury apartment community in Virginia Beach, our teams were working tirelessly to implement fabulous renovations, state of the art updates and brand new amenities designed to delight today’s savvy residents. Finally, we kept our commitment to our core values, ensuring that our choices and our leadership always came from the H.E.A.R.T.

It’s been a banner year for Signature Management Corporation, and we’re proud to have shared it with our many outstanding vendors and contractors. Our leadership, leasing and maintenance teams rose to every challenge and worked hard to satisfy each and every resident need.

We’ve streamlined processes, updated communities, developed professionally, discovered the true meaning of teamwork and had a lot of fun along the way. Cheers to a year worth remembering, and Happy New Year from all of us at Signature Management Corporation.

Here are just a few notable events from 2019:

Monticello at Powhatan received acclaim for being recognized as a Best Rated Apartment Community in Williamsburg. It also received a new gym and new landscaping.

Signature Place received a new courtyard, gym and landscaping, and we successfully launched valet trash for our residents’ convenience.

Archer’s Green completed the Quest piping project, updating all of the property’s plumbing. It also received an updated model and new landscaping.

The Muse at Town Center was completely reimagined, with updated clubroom, fitness center and hallways.

Philanthropy was as important as ever, and we engaged in a variety of service projects to support local organizations and individuals in need.

Our teams took home big honors and awards at industry awards events.
